Deliveries, Changes and Returns

Deliveries

 

We work with trustful transport companies: DHL, UPS and TIPSA. The orders will be prepared from Monday to Friday from 9h to 16h.

The orders received before 13h will be prepared the same day and can be picked up by  the transport company of your choice in the afternoon. The orders received after 13h, on weekends or bank holidays, can be picked up the next working day.

Returns:

The returns have no additional charge.

mimOOkids will return you the amount of the returned products in the same paying method you choosed to purchase the products. The delivery costs for the sending to you and the possible return, will be discounted from the amount of purchase.

You have 30 days to request the return once received the order.

How can I return a product?

  1. Write us to [email protected] to inform us about the items you want return and the reason. 
  2. Introduce the items into the delivery box you have received from us or use a similiar packaging. 
  3. Put the return sticker you have received on the box. If you haven’t received one, wrtite us to [email protected] and we send you another one. 
  4. Hand in the package to a DHL or UPS Service Point (depending on the delivery area) which will be indicated on the sticker. 
  5. You can also send us the package on your charge with the transport company of your choice. 
  6. You will receive the amount of the items once checked the merchandise within 7 to 10 workinf days.

Changes:

We cannot accept changes in the Online Shop. You have to return the item you have purchased and select another one.
